Stephanie is a 2002 graduate of the California University of Pennsylvania, she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in biology and a minor in business. In 2009 she graduated from the massage program at Sandford-Brown Institute and is currently a board-certified massage therapist. Stephanie believes in the body’s ability to heal itself and uses her expertise to assist in the process. In massage school, she learned several types of massage. Throughout the years Stephanie has combined all these techniques into a therapeutic massage routine that has helped several of her clients regain range of motion along with the relief of symptoms, such as pain. She uses her extensive knowledge of human anatomy combined with her technical skill to personalize each massage to her clients’ needs. The state of Pennsylvania requires all massage therapist to take continuing education classes. Stephanie takes these classes as an opportunity to learn new techniques. One of the most popular techniques that she is certified in is the medical cupping. You may have seen some of our local sports players having this technique done. Massage therapy is a true passion for Stephanie. She loves what she does, loves helping her clients relax and loves helping to alleviate their symptoms so their body can heal itself.
